Who we are

Service First Property Management LLC, doing business as Buy Texas Land Today ("we," "us"), markets rural Texas land for sale on behalf of property owners. You can reach us at 832‑402‑1754 or sales@buytexaslandtoday.com.

What we collect

When you submit a lead form (on this site, on Facebook or Instagram, or by contacting us directly), we collect the information you provide, which may include:

Your name, phone number, and email address
Your answers to form questions (for example: the area you're interested in, your plans for the land, your intended down payment range, and your timeline)
Whether you consented to receive text messages, and which kind

Our website may also use standard analytics and advertising measurement tools (such as the Meta Pixel) that collect device and usage information through cookies or similar technologies.

How we use it

To contact you about the property you asked about and similar available properties
To schedule showings and answer your questions
To measure and improve our advertising

Calls and text messages

If you give consent where requested, we may contact you by phone call or SMS text message about your inquiry. We collect consent for two kinds of messages separately, and each is optional:

Transactional — showing confirmations, appointment reminders, and answers to questions you asked.
Promotional — new listings, price changes, and availability updates.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also call us and ask us to stop, and we will.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

We share your phone number with service providers strictly to deliver the messages you asked for — for example our CRM and messaging provider — and for no other purpose. This carve-out applies specifically to text messaging opt-in and consent data, and it overrides the general sharing described below.

Outside of the text messaging carve-out above, we may share the information you give us:

With the property owner or listing agent for the property you asked about.
With service providers who help us operate — for example our CRM, form-processing, and messaging tools.
With affiliates, meaning related entities owned or controlled by Service First Property Management LLC.
With business partners, to provide you with specific products, services, or promotional offers.
When required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. And as stated above, none of the sharing described here applies to your text messaging opt-in data or consent, which is never shared for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to correct your information, stop contacting you, or delete the information we hold about you. Call us at 832‑402‑1754 or email sales@buytexaslandtoday.com and we will honor the request.

Data retention

We keep lead information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and comply with our legal obligations, and delete it on request as described above.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
